Choosing between 1060 H18, 1060 H24 and 3004 H24 for prepainted coil comes down to how the sheet will be used, and since we run all three tempers on our own lines, the comparison below comes from daily production rather than datasheets.

1060 H18 is the hardest option in the 1060 family. A fully hardened substrate stays flat through cutting and punching, resists dents and surface marking during transit, and gives the paint film a stable base that keeps installed panels looking clean. Against 1060 H24, H18 trades some bendability for noticeably higher rigidity and dimensional stability, which suits flashing, reflectors, ceiling tiles and mostly-flat applications. Compared with 3004 H24, 1060 H18 costs considerably less and still delivers dependable corrosion resistance for standard exterior and interior exposure, although 3004 is stronger for load-bearing work. For heavy forming, 1060 H24 bends better; for structural duty, 3004 H24 is the safer choice. Samples of all three tempers are available on request.

Every coil we ship is wrapped in waterproof, moisture-proof paper to survive the ocean crossing, then secured with steel straps. The pallets are heat-treated and carry the IPPC stamp, so customs clears without issues.

We load from two ports in China. Qingdao is the better choice for Southeast Asia, Australia, and South America - more sailings, cheaper freight. Tianjin works best for Northern Europe, Russia, and Central Asia, where inland rail connections are faster.

Lead time is 7–15 days after your deposit clears, depending on order size. MOQ is 5 tons, but we welcome small trial orders first. After loading, you get the bill of lading and tracking details, so you can follow your cargo to the destination port.

H18 is a fully hard temper, offering higher strength and better anti-deformation performance, but it has low elongation, so it is not suitable for complex bending or deep drawing processes. H24 is a half-hard temper, with better ductility for forming processes. If your project does not require complex processing and prioritizes strength and flatness, H18 is the better option.
