Wood Grain Color Coated Aluzinc Steel Coil is a highly adaptable color-coated metal coil targeting the construction and civil decoration markets. We use standard cold-rolled steel sheet as the initial substrate, first covering the steel sheet surface with a 55% aluminumzinc alloy anti-rust layer via hot-dip process, laying the foundation for the product's basic anti-rust and weather resistance capabilities. Afterwards, through exclusive wood grain transfer printing/roller coating process, we 1:1 replicate the texture and tactile feel of real wood on the coating surface. Finally, we cover it with a wear-resistant and weatherresistant special protective coating, ultimately achieving the unique effect of 'wood-like appearance, metal performance' - it not only has the natural decorative texture of natural wood, but also boasts the strong durability of metal materials, perfectly solving the industry pain points of traditional solid wood materials such as easy decay, easy moisture absorption, and easy insect infestation.

Standardized Production Process

We use a 7-step proprietary decorative production process to balance appearance and performance, ensuring stable batch quality:

1.Substrate Preparation: Process cold-rolled raw material into standard-sized cold-rolled sheets.

2.Hot-Dip Al-Zn Coating: Apply 55% Al-Zn +1.5% Si alloy layer to enhance corrosion and weather resistance.

3.Surface Pre-Treatment: Clean and chemically treat the surface to remove impurities and improve coating adhesion.

4.Primer Coating: Apply anti-corrosion primer and cure at high temperature to form a base protective layer.

5.Wood Grain Forming: Create realistic wood grain via roller coating or thermal transfer, then bake and set at high temperature.

6.Back Coating: Apply specialized back paint to provide double-sided corrosion protection.

7.Final Inspection & Cutting: Conduct full quality inspection, then precisely cut to customer order specifications.
