 This color coated galvanized steel coil protects the base steel twice - zinc underneath, color coating on top. If the paint gets scratched or an edge is cut, the zinc keeps defending the spot.

 The paint film is made for forming. T-bend and reverse impact performance keep it from cracking or peeling when the coil is bent, roll-formed, or punched into profiles.

 Color stays stable outdoors. UV-stable pigments resist fading and chalking, and batch-to-batch consistency keeps panels from different shipments looking the same on one wall.

 Surface evenness is controlled across the full width. Coating thickness stays consistent, so formed panels show a smooth, uniform finish without streaks or thin spots.

 The coating system can be matched to the project - standard polyester for indoor use, HDP for industrial buildings, PVDF for coastal and high-exposure sites.

 Pre-painting saves a step on site. Panels are formed, cut, and installed without field painting, which shortens installation time and keeps the finish uniform across the whole building.
