Production Process
Hot dip galvanizing adopts continuous production line process. Cold rolled steel coil goes through uncoiling, welding, cleaning, then enters annealing furnace. Hydrogen in furnace reduces and removes surface oxide layer.
When steel plate temperature drops to 460-470°C, it immerses into molten zinc pot. Zinc liquid temperature maintains at 455-465°C. Steel plate stays 3-5 seconds in zinc liquid.
After exiting zinc pot, air knife controls coating thickness. Cooling section makes zinc layer crystallize and form spangle. Finally process includes temper rolling, leveling, oiling and coiling.
Whole production line operates under full computer control. Process parameters monitor in real time to ensure stable product quality.

Packaging & Shipping
After 12 years of exporting steel worldwide, we've learned a thing or two about getting products to their destination safely. Here's what you can expect:
Coil Packaging: Choose between vertical or horizontal packaging. All coils are wrapped in moisture-proof paper, secured with high-strength steel strapping, and protected with wooden or steel rings to prevent damage to the coil core.
Sheet Packaging: Standard sheets are stacked on fumigated wooden pallets with interleaving paper between layers to prevent scratches. The entire pallet is then wrapped in waterproof PE film.
Shipping: We ship from Qingdao, Tianjin, ports, with weekly sailings to all major global destinations. We have long-term partnerships with Maersk, COSCO, and MSC, which means we can secure stable rates and guaranteed space even during peak seasons.
Trade Terms: We offer EXW, FOB, CIF, CFR, and DDP terms to suit your needs.
