Substrate Pretreatment: Degreasing to remove residual surface oil, phosphating to form compact phosphate conversion film, passivation treatment to enhance coating adhesion and corrosion resistance.

Brick Pattern Roller Coating: Adopting advanced continuous coil coating and printing process, first apply epoxy primer for base protection, then print high-definition brick pattern topcoat for color and texture, and back paint for reverse side protection, ensuring the pattern is clear and not easy to fade.

High-temperature Curing: Curing the coating in a continuous baking oven at 200-240℃ to form a stable cross-linked network structure, ensuring coating adhesion and durability.

Strict Quality Inspection: Full inspection of coating uniformity, color difference, pattern definition, physical properties and salt spray corrosion resistance to ensure product meets international standards.
