Productive process
Raw material inspection: Strictly check the flatness and zinc layer uniformity of the base steel coil
Precision pretreatment: Alkaline degreasing + acid pickling + zinc layer passivation, remove all impurities to ensure coating adhesion
Multi-layer roller coating: Bottom coating + surface high-gloss coating + back anti-rust coating, each layer is coated with precision roller to ensure uniform thickness
High-temperature curing: 240℃ constant temperature curing, ensure the coating is fully cross-linked, no peeling
Precision finishing: Leveling and trimming to ensure the size tolerance is controlled within ±0.01mm
Full inspection: Surface defect inspection, gloss test, adhesion test, unqualified products are eliminated
