Productive Process
Substrate Pretreatment
Degreasing to remove residual surface oil, phosphating to form compact phosphate conversion film, passivation treatment to enhance coating adhesion and corrosion resistance.
Multi-layer Roller Coating & Texture Printing
Adopting continuous coil coating process, first apply epoxy primer for base protection, then topcoat with synchronous stone texture printing for color, texture and weather resistance, and back paint for reverse side protection.
High-temperature Curing
Curing the coating in a continuous baking oven at 200-240℃ to form a stable cross-linked network structure, ensuring coating adhesion, texture durability and product service life.
Strict Quality Inspection
Full inspection of coating uniformity, texture clarity, color difference, physical properties and salt spray corrosion resistance to ensure product meets international standards.

A: No, our texture is transferred before the coating is cured, and it is completely integrated with the coating. After 1000 hours of UV aging test, the texture will not fade or fall off. Under normal use, the texture can remain clear for 15 years.

A: Yes, we have a special version of aluzinc substrate + PVDF coating for coastal high salt spray environment. The salt spray test can pass 1500 hours, it can ensure no rust for more than 15 years and no fading of texture in coastal environment.
