Our high definition wood grain prepainted galvanized steel coil solves all these problems. It restores the natural texture of real wood, while having the excellent performance of steel materials, achieving the natural wood decoration effect without the defects of traditional wood-based panels. It can be directly used for furniture processing, no need for later painting, greatly improving the processing efficiency of furniture factories.

Our wood grain steel coil adopts advanced high-definition digital printing technology to restore the delicate texture of natural wood, the whole production process has 8 strict quality control points:

Substrate Surface Treatment: Degreasing and polishing to ensure the surface is smooth and clean, providing a good foundation for coating

Antibacterial Passivation: Form an antibacterial protective film on the surface, inhibiting the growth of bacteria, suitable for kitchen and bathroom environments

Wear-resistant Primer Coating: Apply high-hardness wear-resistant primer to improve the scratch resistance of the product

HD Digital Printing: Print high-definition wood grain texture through industrial digital printer, the pattern is more delicate and realistic than traditional transfer printing

Anti-fouling Top Coat: Apply anti-fouling matte top coat to improve the stain resistance and touch of the surface

UV Curing: Use UV light curing technology, no solvent emission, more environmentally friendly, and the coating is cured instantly with high hardness

Embossing Treatment: Use embossing roller to press 3D wood grain texture, restoring the natural touch of real wood

Full Inspection: 100% inspection of wear resistance, environmental protection index, surface quality before delivery

Packaging & Delivery

Customized Anti-scratch Packaging: Inner layer uses pearl cotton to wrap the coil to prevent surface scratch during transportation, outer layer uses waterproof kraft paper to block moisture, with foam angle protectors to protect the edge

Fixed Pallet: Use plastic strapping to fix the coil on the non-fumigation plywood pallet, which can meet the quick customs clearance needs of different countries

Fast Lead Time: Regular orders can be delivered within 7-12 working days after receiving the deposit, small batch orders can be delivered faster, to meet the fast replenishment needs of furniture factories

Flexible MOQ: The regular minimum order quantity is 5 tons, for new customers' trial orders, we can accept a minimum of 1 ton to help you test the local market
