This antibacterial livestock special matt prepainted galvanized steel coil is a functional steel product specially developed for the livestock and poultry breeding industry. Aiming at the high ammonia, high humidity special environment of the farm, we use modified ammonia-resistant substrate and antibacterial matte coating, which can effectively solve the problems of ordinary steel easy to corrode, easy to breed bacteria in the breeding environment.

Different from ordinary construction or home appliance coated steel, this product focuses on antibacterial performance and ammonia corrosion resistance, can effectively reduce the risk of disease transmission in the farm, while the matte surface will not produce strong reflection, avoid causing stress reaction to livestock and poultry, improve the breeding efficiency.

Productive Process

Raw material inspection: Strictly test the base steel's resistance to ammonia corrosion

Antibacterial passivation: Add antibacterial components to the passivation layer, enhance the long-term antibacterial performance

Ammonia-resistant primer: Seal the substrate, block the erosion of ammonia and moisture in the farm

Antibacterial matte top coating: Add inorganic antibacterial agents, form a matte anti-glare surface

Medium temperature curing: 200℃ constant temperature curing, ensure the coating and antibacterial components are fully combined

Antibacterial test: Sampling test the antibacterial rate of the product, unqualified products are eliminated
