Storage and Handling
Store products in dry and ventilated indoor environment, avoid open-air stacking. Use special lifting equipment for handling to prevent coil collision damage. Never drag steel surfaces directly.

Substrate Preparation
Ensure keel or support structure is flat and firm before installation, with spacing meeting steel load requirements. Galvanized keel is recommended to avoid galvanic corrosion from dissimilar metal contact.

Installation Operation
Use dedicated metal shearing equipment for cutting, ensuring smooth and burr-free edges. Use special drill bits for drilling. Installation screws should be equipped with matching waterproof washers to ensure sealing performance at connections.

Precautions
Avoid friction between steel surface and sharp objects during installation to prevent coating scratches. Products from different batches are recommended to be installed in separate areas to minimize visual color difference impact. Clean surface debris and protective film promptly after construction completion.

Packaging Standard
Each coil is packaged with waterproof and moisture-proof materials. Inner layer consists of anti-rust paper and PE film wrapping, outer layer reinforced with cardboard or steel strips. Coil core is fixed with wooden plugs to prevent deformation during transportation.

20ft Container: Standard loading capacity approximately 20-25 metric tons, accommodating 4-6 coils, vertically stacked with wooden spacers between coils

40ft Container: Standard loading capacity approximately 25-28 metric tons, accommodating 6-8 coils with optimized space layout for maximum loading efficiency

All coils secured with multi-point steel wire ropes to prevent displacement during ocean transportation

Ocean Transportation Protection
Additional moisture-proof packaging provided for long-distance ocean shipping, with built-in desiccants and overall waterproof cloth covering for outer packaging. Moisture absorbers placed inside containers to effectively handle high-humidity marine environments.

Marking and Traceability
Each coil comes with clear labels indicating specifications, weight, batch number and other information, facilitating customer receiving inspection and quality traceability. Complete export documentation provided to support customs clearance requirements.
