Precision Substrate Embossing: Using high-precision roller embossing equipment, we press customized concave-convex patterns on the substrate surface first. This process not only forms the 3D texture, but also improves the surface hardness and rigidity of the substrate.

Substrate Pretreatment: Degreasing to remove residual surface oil, phosphating to form compact phosphate conversion film, passivation treatment to enhance coating adhesion and corrosion resistance.

Multi-layer Roller Coating: Adopting continuous coil coating process, first apply epoxy primer for base protection, then topcoat for color and weather resistance, and back paint for reverse side protection.

High-temperature Curing: Curing the coating in a continuous baking oven at 200-240℃ to form a stable cross-linked network structure, ensuring coating adhesion and durability.

Strict Quality Inspection: Full inspection of coating uniformity, color difference, physical properties, embossing precision and salt spray corrosion resistance to ensure product meets international standards.
