Primer coating: Apply uniform anti-corrosive primer layer and fully cure it in controlled high-temperature oven.
Wood grain printing: Transfer lifelike wood pattern via precision gravure printing process.
Top coat & finishing: Apply weather-resistant top coat, cure, cool, slit, strictly inspect and re-coil the final qualified products.
