Adopting continuous 2-coat 2-bake process: Uncoiling → Alkaline Degreasing → Acid Pickling → Phosphating → Primer Coating → Finish Coating → Water Cooling → Recoiling. 16 quality inspection stations including online coating thickness monitoring, real-time color comparison, cross-cut adhesion test.

Each coil supplied with Mill Test Certificate (MTC) documenting complete inspection data: zinc coating weight, paint thickness, gloss, T-bend, impact strength. 180° bending test performed before delivery.

Packaging Methods:

Vertical Packaging: Coil axis vertical, end-supported. Inner waterproof film + VCI paper, outer PP woven wrap, metal edge protectors, steel strapping. For thin sheets (≤0.8mm) and appearance-sensitive orders.

Horizontal Packaging: Coil axis horizontal, circumference-supported. Wooden pallet base, core buffer material, stretch wrap. For heavy gauge coils.

20ft GP: 20-24 MT, 4-6 coils vertical, 3-5 coils horizontal, 10cm clearance between coils

40ft HQ: 26-28 MT, 8-10 coils vertical, mixed sizes allowed, center of gravity aligned

Marine Protection: VCI corrosion inhibitor paper, desiccant placement ≥500g/m³, steel strapping tension 500kg complying with IMDG CODE 25° tilt test. Container seal applied for full traceability.
