Galvalume prepainted steel coil is built for prefabricated building envelope systems, where panels have to stay flat, sealed and true to color for decades.

The 55% Al-Zn alloy coating outlasts hot-dip galvanized steel in coastal and industrial air, so panels hold up where salt and humidity are daily.

The two-coat paint system - PE, SMP, HDP or PVDF - resists chalking and fading, with color and gloss retention tuned to the local climate.

Coating weight and paint film are held to tight tolerances coil after coil, so the steel rolls, cuts and punches cleanly without cracking, keeping panel production predictable.

In a sandwich panel, the same coil adds strength without adding weight.

Our coils are packed for the long haul - rust-proof paper, heavy-duty PP film and steel edge protectors, banded onto a wooden pallet or steel skid. Standard seaworthy export packing, so the load arrives at the port exactly as it left the mill.For overseas orders we ship by 20/40-foot container or break-bulk vessel, arranged to cut wasted space and speed up your unloading. Mill test certificates, packing lists, invoices and certificates of origin are prepared before the vessel sails.Production takes 15–25 days after deposit.
