Substrate Pretreatment: Degreasing to remove residual surface oil, pickling to remove oxide scale, ensuring the surface cleanliness of the base material to ensure the quality of subsequent processing.

Hot Rolling & Embossing Forming: Adopting advanced hot rolling embossing process, the pattern is directly pressed on the surface of the steel plate at high temperature, ensuring the firm combination of the pattern and the base material, no falling off, and uniform pattern size.

Surface Treatment: For anti-corrosion requirements, we provide hot-dip galvanizing, passivation and other treatment processes to form a dense protective layer on the surface, significantly improving the corrosion resistance of the product.
