Production process

Every batch of our galvalume steel coil undergoes standardized and refined production procedures to stabilize coating uniformity, surface finish and mechanical indicators, eliminating defective products from the source:

Substrate pretreatment: The cold-rolled steel substrate is processed through alkali degreasing, acid pickling and deionized water rinsing to completely remove surface oil stains, rust layers and impurities, ensuring tight bonding between the alloy coating and the substrate.

Constant-temperature hot-dip plating: The cleaned steel strip enters a 550°C constant-temperature alloy liquid tank. The precise proportion of aluminum, zinc and silicon ensures uniform coating formation on both sides of the steel strip, avoiding local thin coating or missing coating.

Precision air knife calibration: Professional air knife equipment accurately controls the coating thickness, with a thickness error controlled within ±5g/㎡, far higher than the industry conventional standard, ensuring consistent coating weight of each steel coil.

Graded cooling molding: The segmented gradual cooling process optimizes the internal grain structure of the coating, effectively preventing coating brittleness and cracking, and improving the overall formability and durability of the steel coil.

Customized surface treatment: According to customer application demands, we provide optional chromate passivation, phosphate treatment and anti-fingerprint treatment to enhance surface stain resistance, paint adhesion and environmental adaptability.

Full inspection before delivery: Before leaving the factory, all products will pass coating thickness detection, dimensional calibration, surface defect inspection and adhesion test. Only products that fully meet international standards can be packaged and delivered.
