Production Process


Substrate Pretreatment
Degreasing to remove residual surface oil, phosphating to form compact phosphate conversion film, passivation treatment to enhance coating adhesion and basic anti-corrosion ability.
Nano Composite Coating
Adopting continuous coil composite process, first apply epoxy primer for base protection, then composite nano heat insulation coating and high-reflection surface layer, and apply anti-corrosion back paint on the back side, forming a multi-layer protection structure.
High-temperature Curing
Curing in a continuous baking oven at 200-240℃ to form a stable cross-linked network structure, ensuring the adhesion and long-term stability of the coating and composite layer.
Full Inspection Quality Control
Full inspection of coating uniformity, color difference, physical properties, salt spray corrosion resistance, heat insulation performance, to ensure the products meet international standards.
Packaging & Delivery
Standard Packaging: Waterproof and moisture-proof paper + steel strip fixing + solid wood pallet, effectively protecting the product from collision and moisture during transportation, ensuring the product is delivered intact.
