Galvalume coil is hot-dip coated steel finished with a 55% aluminum-zinc alloy - the chemistry that keeps it working where plain galvanized gives up. Aluminum builds a stable oxide that slows corrosion for roughly 2–4 times longer than zinc-only coating in coastal air, humidity, and thermal cycling, while the zinc fraction still protects cut edges sacrificially. Shear it, punch it, roll-form it: exposed edges keep their protection.

Strict Production Process
Substrate Pretreatment
Degreasing to remove residual surface oil → Phosphating to form compact phosphate conversion film → Passivation treatment to enhance coating adhesion and corrosion resistance
Multi-layer Roller Coating
Adopting continuous coil coating process, first apply epoxy primer for base protection, then topcoat for color and weather resistance, and back paint for reverse side protection
High-temperature Curing
Curing in a continuous baking oven at 200-240℃ to form a stable cross-linked network structure, ensuring coating adhesion and durability
Full Inspection Quality Control
Full inspection of coating uniformity, color difference, physical properties and salt spray corrosion resistance to ensure products meet international standards
