Spangle-Free Coating: A coating obtained by adjusting the chemical composition of the plating bath, resulting in a uniform surface without visible spangle morphology.
Zinc-Iron Alloy Coating: A coating created by heat-treating steel strips after galvanizing, forming an alloy layer of zinc and iron. This coating has a dark gray appearance, lacks metallic luster, and is prone to powdering during vigorous forming. It is suitable for coatings that require no further treatment beyond general cleaning before painting.
