Our corrugated roofing sheets are manufactured using a strict, automated process to ensure consistent quality:

Raw Material Inspection: We start with high-quality steel coils, inspecting the substrate coating weight and surface quality to ensure they meet our standards.

Surface Treatment: The coils are cleaned and treated to remove oil and rust, ensuring the paint coating adheres properly.

Coating & Baking: We apply the primer and top coat in a continuous coil coating line, followed by high-temperature baking to cure the coating, ensuring it won't peel or crack.

Cold Roll Forming: The coated coils are fed into our precision roll forming machine, which cold-bends the steel into the corrugated profile without damaging the coating.

Cutting to Size: We cut the sheets to your exact required length, eliminating the need for on-site cutting and reducing waste.

Final Inspection & Packaging: Each sheet is inspected for defects, then packaged carefully for transport.

To ensure your corrugated roofing sheets arrive in perfect condition, we use industry-standard seaworthy packaging tailored to the product's profile:

Standard Packaging: Waterproof kraft paper interlayer + steel strip strapping + sturdy wooden pallets. We add edge protectors to prevent damage to the panel edges during transit, and the strapping is adjusted to fit the corrugated profile to avoid deformation.

Lead Time: 10-20 days after receiving your deposit, depending on your order quantity and customization requirements. For urgent small orders, we can arrange faster production.

Port of Loading: Qingdao Port and Tianjin Port, China.

MOQ: The minimum order quantity for regular orders is 28 tons. For trial orders or small projects, we offer flexible minimum order quantities, allowing you to try out our products before signing large orders.
