T-type color-coated tile is a T-shaped tile made of color-coated steel plate. It is mainly used for the roofs and walls of steel structure buildings. It is strong and beautiful. Commonly used models include 900A, 840, 750, etc.

Substrate

Galvanized/aluminized and zinc-plated steel plate on both sides, with good anti-rust effect

Coating

Spray sun-resistant and old-resistant paint on the surface, divided into ordinary polyester paint and durable fluorocarbon paint

Process

Steel plate treatment first → painting → high-temperature shaping → pressing into T-shape → check qualified factory

Packaging & Delivery

We understand that trapezoidal roofing sheets are long, precision-formed products, so we have developed a specialized packaging solution to protect your order during international shipping:

Specialized Packaging: Each bundle of sheets is first wrapped in waterproof plastic film to prevent moisture damage during transit. We add heavy-duty edge protectors to every bundle to prevent chipping or damage to the sheet edges, which is critical for ensuring a watertight installation. The bundles are then secured with steel straps and mounted on solid wooden pallets or custom wooden crates for extra-long sheets, to prevent bending or deformation during handling.

Lead Time: For standard, in-stock profiles and colors, we can arrange delivery in 7-15 days. For custom profiles, colors, or large bulk orders, the lead time is 10-20 days after receiving your deposit, based on your order quantity.

MOQ: Our standard minimum order quantity is 28 tons. For first-time trial orders, we are happy to negotiate a smaller MOQ to help you test our product quality before placing a large bulk order.

Loading ports: Our standard loading ports are Qingdao Port and Tianjin Port in China.
