Long-term Anti-corrosion for Extreme Environments: With ultra-thick zinc coating up to 600g/㎡, it passes 2000-hour neutral salt spray test, its anti-corrosion performance is 3 times that of conventional galvanized products, perfectly adapting to the harsh environments of coastal high-salt areas and mining high-corrosion areas.

Large & Full Spangle Texture: Adopting natural slow cooling process, it allows zinc atoms to fully crystallize and grow, forming large regular spangles with a diameter of 10-20mm, with clear and full texture and industrial retro texture. It can be directly used as an outdoor decorative structure without additional painting.

High-strength Load-bearing Performance: Adopting Q355B/Q460 high-strength hot-rolled substrate, the maximum yield strength can reach 460MPa, which can bear heavy loads, perfectly meeting the load-bearing requirements of large steel structures and heavy machinery.

Superb Processing Adaptability: The coating adhesion passes 180° bending test without peeling off, with excellent welding performance. It supports on-site welding, drilling, cutting and other processing methods, and can be directly constructed without additional pretreatment.

Engineering-level Customization Capability: We can customize plate thickness, fixed-length leveling, edge cutting, drilling and other processing services according to engineering requirements, and can provide ultra-wide plates up to 2000mm to meet the special size requirements of large projects.

Production Process

 

  1. Hot-rolled Substrate Shot Blasting Pretreatment: After leveling the hot-rolled coil, the automatic shot blasting equipment completely removes the surface hot-rolled oxide scale and oil stains, controls the substrate roughness to Sa2.5 level, providing a perfect foundation for coating adhesion.
  2. Thick Plate Special Fluxing Activation: Adopting customized high-temperature flux formula, it performs surface activation treatment for thick plates, solving the problem of uneven zinc coating during the immersion plating of thick plates, ensuring the uniformity of the coating on the entire surface of the thick plate.
  3. High-temperature Long-time Hot-dip Galvanizing: Immerse the substrate into 460℃ high-purity zinc liquid, adjust the immersion time according to the plate thickness (up to 10 minutes), ensuring that each position of the thick plate can be evenly attached with sufficient zinc layer to reach the target zinc coating weight.
  4. Natural Slow Cooling Crystallization: Adopting natural air slow cooling process, it allows zinc atoms to have sufficient time to fully crystallize and grow, forming large and full regular spangles, and improving the density of the zinc layer at the same time.
  5. Thick Coating Sealing & Passivation: For the ultra-thick zinc layer, we carry out exclusive sealing and passivation treatment, closing the tiny pores of the zinc layer, completely preventing white rust, and further improving the anti-corrosion ability of the product.
  6. Four-high Leveling & Finishing: Through the four-high leveling machine, we perform flatness correction on the thick plate after hot-dip galvanizing, eliminating the deformation generated during the hot-dip galvanizing process, ensuring that the flatness of the plate meets the high-precision requirements of engineering installation.
