Booth 9.1-41, Zone B

The second day of the 140th China Import and Export Fair brought a steadier flow of visitors to our booth. After the opening-day rush, conversations became longer and more technical. Buyers who had taken samples or notes on day one returned with specific questions, and new faces arrived ready to discuss project details

What caught attention today

Our wood-grain color-coated steel continued to draw strong interest. Several visitors from the furniture and prefabricated-building sectors spent extended time comparing embossed patterns under different lighting. They focused on film thickness consistency, color-matching accuracy, and long-term outdoor durability. We reviewed popular patterns, coating weights, and lead times, and collected a solid number of follow-up sample requests.

Plain galvalume coil, especially the AZ150 grade, remained a key discussion point. Roofing and cladding buyers examined cut-edge performance and compared it with traditional galvanized sheet. Conversations centered on corrosion resistance in coastal and industrial environments, typical applications in roofing systems and cold-storage panels, and the availability of mill test certificates.

Product discussions that moved forward

A group of buyers from Southeast Asia returned to review custom color options for interior wall panels. What began as a sample comparison turned into a detailed talk about minimum order quantities, production schedules, and packaging requirements for an upcoming housing project. By the end of the meeting we had agreed on a clear next step: sending physical samples together with a formal quotation within the week.

Another visitor from the Middle East focused on high-corrosion-resistance coils for ventilation ducts and outdoor cladding. We walked through coating structures, spangle types, and real-world performance data. The exchange ended with a request for detailed technical specifications and recent project references.

These face-to-face exchanges remain the most valuable part of the fair. Spreading samples on the table, examining surfaces under exhibition lighting, and clarifying technical tolerances simply cannot be replaced by video calls or emails.
