Production Process
We adopt an advanced continuous roll coating production line, strictly controlling every production link to ensure stable product quality:

Substrate Pretreatment
First, degreasing treatment is performed to remove residual oil stains on the substrate surface; then phosphating treatment is carried out to form a dense phosphate conversion film; finally, passivation treatment is performed to enhance coating adhesion and corrosion resistance, laying a solid foundation for the subsequent coating process.
Multi-layer Roll Coating Process
Adopting continuous coil coating process, we first apply epoxy primer to provide basic protection and enhance the adhesion between the coating and the substrate; then apply topcoat to provide color and weather resistance protection; finally apply backcoat to protect the back of the substrate and prevent back corrosion.
High Temperature Curing Molding
The coated coil is sent into a continuous baking oven for curing at a high temperature of 200-240℃, allowing the coating to form a stable cross-linked network structure, ensuring the adhesion and durability of the coating, so that the coating is not easy to fall off or fade.
Strict Quality Inspection
After production, we conduct a full inspection of the products, testing multiple indicators such as coating uniformity, color difference, physical properties, salt spray corrosion resistance, etc., to ensure that each batch of products meets international standards, so you can use them with confidence.
