Inner Packaging
Each steel coil is wrapped with waterproof and moisture-proof packaging materials, including polyethylene film and anti-rust paper, effectively isolating seawater moisture and salt erosion. Special protective covers are installed at both ends of steel coils to prevent end damage and rust, with special attention to protecting embossed surface texture from extrusion deformation.

Middle Layer Reinforcement
High-strength steel strips are used for strapping and fixing to ensure stable overall structure of steel coils. Buffer materials are placed at contact positions to avoid coating damage and texture destruction caused by direct friction between metals.

Outer Protection
Integral waterproof cover is installed for the whole shipment, and appropriate amount of desiccant is placed inside the container to control humidity inside. Special wooden brackets are used at the bottom of steel coils to keep a certain distance from container floor and prevent bottom moisture.

Fixing Scheme
Each steel coil is firmly fixed on the inner wall hooks of the container using professional steel wire ropes and tensioners, with tension fixing points set both horizontally and vertically. All fixing devices are inspected after loading to ensure no looseness, adapting to bumps and swings during ocean transportation.

Loading & Unloading Requirements
Special spreaders are used for loading and unloading operations, direct impact on steel coil surface is strictly prohibited. Keep stable during hoisting to avoid collision between steel coils. Entire transportation process strictly follows steel coil transportation operation specifications to ensure embossed surface texture integrity and products are delivered to destination in good condition.
