Dear Valued Customers-including our long-standing partners and new friends from home and abroad

Greetings!

The first phase of the 140th China Import and Export Fair (Canton Fair) will be held grandly in Guangzhou from October 15 to 19, 2026. Shandong Pinjie New Materials Co., Ltd. has successfully secured an exhibition booth. Details are as follows:

📌 Phase 1: 140th Canton Fair (October 15–19)

📌 Exhibition Area: Hardware (Indoor)

📌 Booth Number: 9.1 I 41

As autumn deepens, the Canton Fair-renowned as "China's No. 1 Fair"-is set to open. This premier trade event serves as a vital link connecting Chinese manufacturing with global procurement markets. Shandong Pinjie New Materials Co., Ltd. is fully prepared for the occasion; we will showcase product brochures covering our four main series (galvanized sheets, Al-Zn coated sheets, color-coated sheets, and Roofing Sheets), along with overseas project case studies and comprehensive quality inspection documentation, at booth 9.1 I 41. We sincerely invite our loyal customers to visit our booth for on-site exchanges and face-to-face business discussions, as we work together to write a new chapter of cooperation and unlock fresh opportunities in the global steel market.

The company behind the coils

The 2026 Canton Fair, and Why Shandong Pinjie New Materials Will Be There

Shandong Pinjie New Materials Co., Ltd. is based in the Dianzi Industrial Park in Binzhou, Shandong Province, right in the middle of one of China's main clusters for galvanized and color-coated steel sheet. The mills we buy from are close. The processing shops, coating lines and testing labs we work with are closer still, most of them within a short drive of our plant. That proximity is a practical advantage, not a talking point. When a customer asks for a coil width outside our standard range, or a coating color we haven't run in a while, we can test it and come back with an answer in days, not months.

We call ourselves an integrated supplier, and we mean that in a practical sense. We source base steel from domestic mills, run our own slitting and processing lines, inspect every batch, prepare export documents in-house, and handle the sea and land freight ourselves. There is no point in the chain where we hand an order to someone else and hope for the best. We have watched too many shipments fall apart that way to ever trust it.

Our main products are galvanized steel coils, galvalume steel coils, color-coated steel coils (PPGI and PPGL), and roofing sheets, in both flat and textured finishes. The textured range, embossed and orange-peel patterns, is what buyers ask about most these days, particularly for roofing, wall cladding, and cold chain facilities. We also supply PV mounting steel for solar projects and guardrail steel for highways. We work to ASTM, EN, JIS, and GB standards, and we're comfortable mixing standards on a single order when a project calls for it.

Over the years our steel has gone to more than fifty countries across Central Asia, the Middle East, Southeast Asia, Africa, and the Americas. Some of those markets we opened through trade shows. A surprising number opened through word of mouth, one buyer mentioning us to a colleague at a neighboring plant. That's the only kind of marketing we fully trust. The person recommending us risks nothing, and still they put their name behind ours.

Quality control is where we refuse to compromise, and I'd rather be specific than impressive. Incoming coils are tested for chemical composition and mechanical properties before they enter production. During processing, we sample thickness, coating weight, adhesion, and surface quality at fixed intervals, and we keep the records from every batch on file long after the shipment lands. Before loading, each order goes through a final inspection. If a client wants third-party inspection, SGS, BV, or whoever they name, we book it without argument, and we treat the report as a checkpoint, not a formality.

Let me also say plainly what we are not. We are not the cheapest supplier in the market. We have lost tenders to lower quotes, and we have watched some of those same buyers come back months later after a coil failed early. Cheap steel saves money on zinc, on paint adhesion, on tolerance. It fails on someone's roof, someone's highway, someone's solar array. We would rather lose a deal today than be remembered for a failure five years from now.

That approach has a cost, and we know it. Steel prices swing, freight rates move, and buyers today are more cautious than they used to be. We don't chase every order that comes our way. We keep the product mix tight, we schedule production around what customers actually need rather than what's easiest for us, and we answer after-sales questions ourselves instead of passing them down a chain. It's a slower way to grow. It's also the reason our repeat orders keep coming back.

What we're actually trying to do at this year's fair

The 2026 Canton Fair is not a branding exercise for us. Booths are expensive, the halls are exhausting, and if we only wanted visibility we could spend the budget on ads and stay home. We applied for a booth in Phase 1 (Booth No. 9.1 I 41, in the Hardware Zone) because some things still only happen face to face.

First, we want to listen. An email that says "need galvalume coil, 0.45mm, AZ150" gives us the spec, but not the story behind it. Is the buyer racing to finish a solar farm before a subsidy deadline? Is the site near the coast, where salt spray is a genuine worry? Are they comparing us with a supplier who quoted a coating weight we consider too thin? Those answers change how we quote and what we advise. Across a table, a buyer can pull up project photos on their phone, and we can ask the follow-up question that a week of email threads never reaches.

There's a second reason we're going: the people we've worked with for years. Most of our regular clients we know by email signature and by voice on a call, but we have never shaken hands. The fair gives us that chance. We want to hear, in person, what went right on their last shipment and what didn't, and what they're planning for next season.

Third, we want to show our work. We're bringing samples you can handle: a cut section of galvanized coil you can bend in your hand, a textured color-coated panel you can scratch with a key, a roofing sheet sample that has been through the salt spray test. Along with those, project photos and inspection reports. A PDF catalogue describes a product. A sample in your hand settles an argument.

Fourth, and honestly, we go to learn. The fair gathers hundreds of exporters, some of them better at this than we are. Watching how a more experienced exporter presents samples, handles a hard question, or prices a mixed container teaches us more in three days than a year of reading market reports. We also want to hear how buyers see the steel market this season, the price swings, the freight rates, the lead-time expectations, because that information is worth more when it's collected face to face.

To the people we've worked with for years, and the ones we haven't met

To the customers who have stayed with us through the years: thank you. You had other options, and you chose us, sometimes during a slow season, sometimes with a cheaper quote sitting in your inbox. We haven't forgotten that, and we don't plan to.

If you're coming to Guangzhou for the fair, please stop by Booth No. 9.1 I 41. Our sales and technical staff will be there all day. Sit down, have a coffee, and talk about anything: a new project, the steel price outlook, a logistics headache, or what we should fix about how we work together. For returning customers, we've prepared some practical benefits. New project inquiries raised on-site get preferential quotes. If you need custom specifications or non-standard sizes, our technical people will evaluate production feasibility, lead time, and price on the spot. And for partners looking to sign framework agreements and expand volumes, we can discuss more flexible payment and delivery terms at the fair. These aren't marketing lines. They're decisions we've already made internally, so we can act on them in Guangzhou without waiting for approvals.

To buyers we haven't met yet, whether you're a procurement manager, an engineering contractor, a trading agent, or a steel distributor: we'd like to meet you too. If you have needs around galvanized steel, galvalume, color-coated steel, roofing sheets, or PV mounting steel, come by and talk. Bring your drawings, your technical requirements, or just your questions. We'll give you straight answers on standards, lead times, pricing, documentation, and shipping, and we'll help you pick the right product for your working conditions, even when the right answer is a product we don't sell.

For new relationships, we keep the risk low on purpose. Start with a small trial order, or just samples, put them through your own testing, and decide after. If you're preparing a tender, we can provide material certificates and third-party inspection reports to help you pass the qualification review, free of charge and with no obligation attached. If you're doing market research and simply want a supplier on file, that works too. A short conversation at the booth costs you nothing, and it might be the start of a long working relationship.

We operate within the law, we respect intellectual property, and we keep up with the industry standards that matter to our buyers. None of that is remarkable, but it matters more than people think. The suppliers that last in this industry are not the ones with the most polished brochures. They're the ones who answer honestly, ship on time, and stand behind what they deliver. That's the company we intend to be.

If you're coming to Guangzhou, find us at Booth No. 9.1 I 41 in Phase 1. If you can't make the fair this year, our inbox is open, and we answer it ourselves. Either way, we'd rather talk steel with you for an hour than send you another brochure.
